Returns - Can I return the board?

We really hope that you enjoy your ChoopaBoard, and that it fits your needs. As mentioned elsewhere on our website, it is NOT recommended for GE Profile, GE Monogram, Thermadore and some Samsung appliances, as for some reason, it will not adhere to these brands for longer than a couple of hours. Should you find that the product does not work on your appliances, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dana@choopaboard.com and send your item to: 4574 Pond Lane Marietta Georgia US 30062.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Moms in the Now 4574 Pond Lane Marietta Georgia US 30062.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

***Note: if you are ordering and live outside of the USA, additional charges by the country you reside in (ie. Canada) may be charged. The customer is responsible for these charges.
